Program Dates

In order to adjust the flight schedule of the volunteer and to make our schedule more flexible, Asia Horizon organizes language and culture orientation and volunteering programs twice a month. All Asia Horizon programs start on the first and third Monday of each month. Volunteers are suggested to adjust their flight schedule according to language program schedules. It is very unlikely to make extra arrangements for missed classes. Interns and volunteers can stay and wait at the hotel on their own expense to start the program from the beginning.

Program fee

Asia Horizon is a self-reliant, independent, and non-profit organization, we do not accept funding from any religious, corporate, or government agencies and contributors. Therefore, we must charge our participants a reasonable fee in order to keep our program alive and effectively running. All of Asia Horizon's programs solely rely on the volunteer's own contributions. With the fees that the volunteers pay to enroll in the program, Asia Horizon is able to attain its goals - thus empowering the local Asian communities and bringing westerners directly into eastern traditions. Working towards this dream of deeper cultural understandings.

Asia Horizon asks that our volunteers pay a minimal fee, which will cover your airport receive and transfer, your in-country transportation, your room, and the food that you will eat (2-3 meals a day). Also, the fee will help to cover staff and servicemen's cost, as these people will be directly working with our volunteers in order to make their stay more pleasant and comfortable. For the mini-volunteer & travel , summer volunteer & travel, language, and culture program, the program fee covers all activities mentioned in the daily itinerary - including the costs of many travel programs.
